Job summary

Synergy-Security in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The Commercial and Sales Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base and increase market share.

This permanent, full-time role requires proven development and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM platforms, and strong presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Development / Sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall sales and new business development.
• Research, identify, target and secure opportunities.
• Manage local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
• Provide weekly updates on all business targets including actions taken.
• Contribute to and assist with the implementation of the annual sales strategies.
• Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development.
• Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer related issues.
• Lead ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.
