Grosvenor Services in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Private Sector to drive new business across Cleaning, Security and Technical Services. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and lead bids from prospecting through contract award.

This senior, individual contributor role targets €3m+ annual contract sales and requires a strong track record in facilities management, strategic account development and Salesforce forecasting.

Qualifications

Proven track record of winning new business in the Irish private sector.
5+ years in facilities management, property services or related sector.
Experience achieving or exceeding challenging sales targets.
Experience managing opportunities through full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and secure new business in the Irish private sector.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
Collaborate with bid teams to develop client-focused solutions.
Provide accurate forecasts and Salesforce CRM updates.
