Salesforce is seeking a Specialist SMB Account Executive for the Central market in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle for specialist solutions, engaging with customers to drive AI, data and CRM value. The role requires fluency in German and English and includes relocation assistance.

As part of the team, you will lead pipeline generation, close deals, and collaborate across Sales, Pre-sales, BD, and Marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for specialist opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration and expansion for specialist solutions.
• Respond to customer needs with consultative value propositions and tailored solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers through digital and in-person engagements.
• Collaborate with AEs, Pre-sales, BD, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to close deals.
