Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the German, Austrian or Swiss SMB market, based in the Dublin hub. You will own full-cycle sales, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to drive AI-enabled CRM adoption in DACH SMB accounts.

Hybrid work in Dublin with relocation support; your role requires German and English fluency and strong cross-functional collaboration with BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to meet and exceed quota.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Territory and account planning to achieve sales objectives.
• Discovery of customer processes, challenges and goals; proposal of value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle in German, Austrian or Swiss SMB market.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Utilize consultative selling to align Salesforce AI/Data solutions with customer goals.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize funnel.
