Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking a Specialist Account Executive for the Central market. You will own the full sales cycle for specialist opportunities, selling AI, data and CRM integrations that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is an office-based role in Dublin requiring German and English fluency. Relocation assistance is included, and you’ll partner with core AEs, Pre-sales, BD and Marketing to build pipeline and close deals.

Qualifications

• German and English fluency mandatory.
• Office-based role in Dublin, Ireland with relocation assistance.
• Experience in tech/SaaS sales, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for specialist opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and expansion of specialist solutions.
• Use solution selling to map business challenges to tailored technology.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers via digital engagement, demos, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with core AEs, Pre-sales, BD, Marketing and other teams to shape deal strategy and close specialist deals.
