Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin seeks a Specialist Account Executive for the Central market to lead specialist sales across the SMB segment. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close, using solution selling and deep product knowledge to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will engage with tech and business decision-makers, collaborate with AEs, Pre-sales, and partners, and drive pipeline growth in a dynamic, relocation-supported role based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in quota-carrying tech/SaaS sales.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Ability to build strategic plans for accounts and territories.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for specialist opportunities in the Central market.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and expansion of specialist solutions.
• Uncover business challenges and map tailored solutions to customer goals.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers through regular engagement and demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape deal strategy and close specialist deals.
