Job summary

You will own end-to-end sales in the German, Austrian or Swiss SMB segment, balancing new business with expansion, and promoting the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the German, Austrian or Swiss market from lead generation to close.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Use consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital engagement and meetings.
• Collaborate with BDE, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize the market funnel.
