Job summary

Fin, part of Salesforce, is hiring Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to lead growth of our AI agent Fin across territory. You will sell AI agents to companies rethinking customer experience, engaging in strategic, technical, and value-driven conversations, and running a full sales cycle from qualification to close.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting and exceeding quota in closing role, with a track record of selling SaaS or DBaaS.
• Experience, passion and success in outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation (bonus).
• AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving organization with inbound and outbound opportunities across industries and company sizes.
• Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading growth and adoption of Fin across territory.
• Maintain knowledge of AI as it evolves using internal tools and market insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Handle varying six-figure new business deals across segments.
• Articulate Fin's value using MEDDPICC; training provided if needed.
• Learn from sales leaders to drive territory planning and forecasting.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to win flagship logos.
• Represent the voice of the customer to R&D, Product, and Marketing.
