Qualifications

• German language fluency is required.
• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS account executive roles, with at least 3 years selling to enterprise.
• Hunter mentality with a proven outbound pipeline.
• Familiarity with AI-powered solutions or customer engagement tools is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate complex AI solutions.
• Ability to manage opportunities across diverse industries.
• Customer-centric approach to building trust and value.
• Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI transformation: Drive adoption of Fin to automate and scale support.
• Full-cycle sales ownership: From prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Customer advocate: Represent the customer's voice to product, marketing, and other teams.
• Tailored AI demonstrations: Deliver customized demos showcasing Fin's AI agent.
• Revenue-focused: Provide forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility.
