Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive
• 3+ years selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
• Hunter mentality with outbounding and pipeline creation
• AI expertise or familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a strong advantage
• Quota achievement demonstrated
• Strategic written and verbal communication
• Customer-centric mindset and growth-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Champion AI transformation: Drive adoption of Fin, helping enterprise clients unlock AI-powered support at scale
• Full-cycle sales ownership: Manage prospecting to close with a consultative approach
• Customer advocate: Represent customer voice to Product, Marketing and teams
• Tailored AI demonstrations: Deliver customized demos showing Fin's value
• Revenue-focused: Provide accurate forecasts and maintain visibility into pipeline
• Team growth: Mentor peers and lead innovative projects to uplift the group
