Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring Account Executives to lead growth across segments. You will sell AI agents to rethink customer experiences and manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing high-value deals.

You'll operate in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment, leveraging internal tooling and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role offers progression, ownership, and the chance to shape a rapidly expanding business.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in German.
• Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role selling SaaS/DBaaS.
• Experience in outbound prospecting with demonstrated success.
• Strong sales acumen and interest in the businesses you work with.
• Experience selling complex or highly implemented products (bonus).
• AI fluency or strong interest in AI tooling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving org with inbound/outbound opportunities.
• Growth mindset and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation and drive Fin growth in assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of AI as the category evolves using internal tooling.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Handle large, 6-figure new business deals across segments.
• Articulate Fin's value using MEDDPICC framework.
• Learn from sales leaders on territory planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Engineers and Marketing to win flagship logos.
• Represent customer voice to R&D, Product and Marketing.
