Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring Account Executives to drive growth selling AI agents and SaaS solutions across Scale, Small Business, Mid Market and Enterprise. You will lead a consultative sales process, manage complex six-figure deals, and leverage AI tooling to accelerate territory success.

You will operate in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with Sales Leaders, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to win flagship logos and differentiate Fin in a rapidly evolving AI space.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role, with a track record of selling SaaS or DBaaS.
• Experience, passion and success in outbound prospecting.
• Strong sales acumen and a general interest in the businesses you work with.
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation (bonus to have).
• AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling.
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization, handling inbound and outbound opportunities across industries.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading growth and adoption of Fin across your territory.
• Maintain knowledge of AI as the category evolves with access to top internal AI tooling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Handle large six-figure new business deals across segments.
• Articulate Fin's value using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC (training provided).
• Learn from sales leaders how to drive true control of your business via QBRs, territory planning, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to win flagship logos.
• Represent the voice of the customer to R&D, Product, and Marketing.
