Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking an Account Executive (Senior Small Business - German) in Dublin, Ireland. You will lead growth of AI-powered Fin products, selling to German-speaking customers and driving new business in a rapidly expanding team.

You will operate in a hybrid work model with in-person office days and remote work as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win flagship logos and accelerate customer adoption of AI-enabled customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills with proven closing track in SaaS or DBaaS.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a closing role.
• Experience outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation and drive adoption of Fin across assigned territory.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI market trends and Fin’s evolving capabilities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Handle six-figure new business opportunities across segments in a fast-growing company.
• Articulate Fin’s value using standard sales frameworks and participate in training on MEDDPICC.
