Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to help grow our new business. Join a world-class sales team with opportunities for progression and ownership.

You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close for Mid-Market customers, using a consultative approach, while delivering accurate forecasts and staying current on product developments. Hybrid work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Fluent German (Business Level).
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving organization with inbound/outbound opportunities.
• Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our product by spearheading growth and adoption of Fin across our Mid-Market segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle for Mid Market customers, from prospecting to close, via a consultative approach.
• Provide timely forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
• Create demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in team development and mentoring.
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including Marketing and Product.
• Contribute to growth of the global Enterprise business and drive projects to up level the team.
