Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Partnership to join our team in Dublin. You will manage the complete talent flow for our enterprise clients and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing.

In collaboration with EMEA leaders, you will fill quota-carrying Software Engineering roles, build diverse candidate pools, guide interview processes, and drive offer negotiations with salary recommendations.

Competenze

• Extensive IT recruitment experience from intake to close.
• Ability to create compelling offers and negotiate terms.
• Proven sourcing of passive candidates across platforms.
• Fluent in English with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
