Cpl Group is partnering with a fast-growing global organisation in Ireland to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role emphasizes stakeholder relationships, strategic hiring, and robust talent attraction in an international setting.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, build pipelines, and provide market insights, coaching, and data-driven improvements. A high-visibility role with global exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS.
• Data-driven approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices.

This position could suit someone based in North Dublin, Meath or Louth.
