SEI Investments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support end-to-end recruitment within our Dublin operations. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage agency relationships and ensure timely hires for contingent and permanent roles.

The role requires experience in the funds industry, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, and a degree or equivalent. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the Funds Industry (agency or in-house).
• Ability to build relationships with Heads of Business and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday or similar).
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Degree level education or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment for contingent and permanent roles.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies.
• Provide MI data and reporting on recruitment activity.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offers and new starter documentation.
• Ensure compliance of job descriptions and posting across boards.
