Based in Dublin with a hybrid schedule of three days in office, the role requires strong market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while maintaining high hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting across Product, Marketing, Business, Operations, Commercial, or Corporate.
• Proven ability to lead searches end-to-end.
• Exceptional sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including engaging passive talent.
• Strong interviewing skills and process optimization.
• Experience with recruiting analytics and funnel data.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for hiring managers.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms like Lever or Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple brands and markets.
• Improve hiring processes for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Drive interview calibration and structured evaluations.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and decisions.
• Help candidates understand brand opportunities within Match Group.
