Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (fixed-term) based in Ireland. You will partner with leaders, drive end-to-end recruitment, and shape HR programs across an international environment. Expect hands-on support for onboarding, development, and performance management, plus leading AI-driven improvements.

The role offers remote work within Europe, a 12-month parental-leave cover, and a competitive salary band. Prior experience in multi-country HR is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Human Resources with talent acquisition and HR partnering experience.
• Experience advising managers and handling multi-country HR matters.
• Knowledge of employment laws across countries is a plus.
• Fluent business English; German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner and advisor across leadership and employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment activities, define roles, evaluate candidates, and manage offers.
• Improve recruitment processes, interview skills, and provide guidance throughout selection.
• Coach leaders, support performance management, and advise on complex employee matters.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and automation in HR operations.
