Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT recruitment sales.
• Experience selling to senior IT stakeholders (CTOs/CIOs, HR leaders).
• Strong ability to build and manage a multi-year pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designated IT/digital recruitment accounts.
• Prospect and win target accounts within your sector.
• Negotiate terms and protect GP margins.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
