Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple European regions from its Ireland operations. You will design innovative sourcing strategies, conduct thorough interviews, and drive candidate closing while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will manage complex needs, ensure data integrity, and contribute to diversity hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple European countries and regions.
• Strong knowledge of European labor laws and onboarding processes.
• 5+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with technical backgrounds.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS/CRMs.

Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches with innovative sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailoring to requirements and target profiles.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and fit.
• Lead interview workflows, compensation negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to build pipelines and market maps.
• Maintain data integrity and provide updates to stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and ensure compliance with local laws.
