Job summary
EIS Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise SaaS Product Strategist to own the strategic direction of the company’s SaaS offerings, pricing, and packaging. You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the market position, roadmap, and competitive service design for enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior product strategy, product management, or product marketing role for a B2B SaaS platform or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to define and own SaaS pricing, packaging, and service design — including NFRs and service level definitions.
- Strong knowledge of IT and SaaS operations, including delivering 24/7 services and best-in-class enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to build business cases, size market opportunities, and drive investment prioritization based on data and market insight.
Responsibilities
- Own pricing and packaging for all SaaS offerings and define levels of services.
- Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and service levels for SaaS services.
- Lead SaaS strategy, market research, and cross-functional execution to shape EIS’s SaaS roadmap.
- Own SaaS roadmap prioritization and investment in new technology and processes.
- Coordinate cross-domain roadmaps with product management leaders and other stakeholders.
