Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise SaaS Product Strategist at EIS Ltd to own the strategic direction of our SaaS offerings. You will shape pricing, packaging, positioning, and the roadmap by leveraging market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales and marketing.
You will lead market and customer research, define business cases, and ensure our SaaS platform competes effectively while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior product strategy, product management, or product marketing role for a B2B SaaS platform.
- Proven ability to define and own SaaS pricing, packaging, and service design, including NFRs and SLAs.
- Strong knowledge of IT and SaaS operations for 24/7 service delivery and enterprise scale.
- Experience sizing market opportunities and building data-driven business cases.
Responsibilities
- Own pricing and packaging for all SaaS offerings, including service levels and optional tiers.
- Define non-functional requirements and service performance targets for SaaS products.
- Lead SaaS service design and end-to-end customer experience.
- Own the SaaS roadmap, prioritizing capabilities and investments to meet market needs.
- Collaborate with product strategy leaders to align roadmaps and reduce TCO.
- Lead outbound market and customer research to inform strategy and positioning.
- Craft core SaaS positioning and messaging to support sales and marketing.
