Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS pricing and monetisation.
• Ability to shape pricing models for complex, sales-led environments.
• Strong deal judgement and ability to balance individual deals with broader strategy.
• Executive-level communication and influence to drive decisions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define monetisation, pricing and commercial strategy aligned with product strategy.
• Lead research into customer value, willingness to pay, and market trends.
• Create monetisation options, model impacts and recommend a path forward.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to the Pricing Steering Committee.
• Own pricing roadmap and backlog, prioritising new opportunities and deals.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Finance, RevOps and Enablement to implement changes.
• Measure impact of pricing decisions and refine strategy accordingly.
• Build and develop a small pricing team over time.
