Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is recruiting an RVP Data Foundation for the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region.

You will lead a team of Account Executives, shape go‑to‑market strategy, forecast revenue, and build executive relationships while driving growth in MuleSoft and Informatica solutions. You will guide strategic deals, participate in corporate events, and strengthen the ecosystem across industries and segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
• Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing existing ones.
• Experience building executive-level relationships and strategic account plans.
• Strong understanding of the integration software landscape and market segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and opportunities.
• Own go-to-market strategy for the territory, including revenue forecasting and activity reporting.
• Partner with customers and executives to build compelling points of view and close strategic deals.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships.
