Job summary

Fin is hiring a data-focused engineer to own the GTM data foundation, building identity, hierarchy, and enrichment pipelines. You will deploy LLM-powered enrichment and ensure data quality across Salesforce and related tools, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Ops.

You will operate in a hybrid Dublin-based setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and trusted CRM-ready datasets.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern data stack incl. dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow.
• Hands-on with LLMs in production and web search/crawling.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce and other SaaS APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the data foundation for GTM—account identity and hierarchy.
• Build and run account sourcing and enrichment pipelines.
• Develop LLM-powered enrichment and data-quality tests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Ops to unlock GTM goals.
