Job summary

Diligent is seeking a strategic Manager of GTM Operations (EMEA/APAC) to partner with the VP of Sales and align Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships across EMEA and APAC. You will build scalable processes and leverage AI to drive revenue growth, with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical planning.

The role requires 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations, along with expertise in Salesforce and GTM tooling.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM roles.
• Experience partnering with CROs, CFOs and exec leadership.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and GTM tools.
• Strong forecasting, funnel metrics, and retention KPIs.
• Proven ability to scale sales processes in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
