Ashton Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for a home-based role linking Ireland-wide coverage with national and international travel.
The role focuses on securing new business for installation, maintenance and field engineering services, while building long-term partnerships with major accounts. You will lead the full sales cycle, manage multi-site opportunities and drive revenue growth toward potential Director-level progression.
Formación
- Proven experience in business development and strategic account management.
- Track record of winning new business and growing service revenue.
- Experience selling managed services, field engineering or maintenance solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and secure new business for installation, maintenance and field engineering services.
- Build and manage a strong national sales pipeline across markets.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers, equipment manufacturers and partners.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation.
- Develop account plans to drive long-term revenue growth and forecasts.
