Job summary

Right Management Ireland, part of ManpowerGroup, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Ireland. The role focuses on identifying enterprise clients, building strategic plans, and expanding relationships with senior HR leaders in both public and private sectors.

You will work hybrid in Dublin, targeting a €60k–€70k base with 20% OTE, and collaborate with global teams to monetise contracts and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' successful business development experience.
• Strong track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling professional services or consultative solutions.
• Proven success engaging senior executive and HR stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of career transition/outplacement services an advantage.
• Exposure to public sector procurement and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new enterprise clients across Ireland.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Transformation Directors, and senior executives.
• Create a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, industry engagement, and proactive prospecting.
• Work to targets and be independently driven to succeed in the marketplace.
• Monetise existing global and multinational client relationships within Ireland and collaborate with international teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Right Management's service portfolio.
• Partner with the ManpowerGroup Ireland sales team to develop local opportunities and cross-border expansion.
