Job summary

Search Talent is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Dublin. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role with 80% of the time focused on acquiring new business and an established portfolio of over 100 customers, offering opportunities to develop relationships and introduce additional solutions.

You'll sell a comprehensive range of business technology and workplace solutions, identifying opportunities and engaging IT decision-makers.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in B2B technology or office solutions sales.
Proven track record of winning new customers and delivering against sales targets.
Confident engaging with IT Managers, business owners and senior decision-makers.
Proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and developing your territory.
Strong commercial awareness, presentation skills and the ability to close business.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, approach and win new customers across Dublin.
Meet prospective clients in the field and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
Sell consultatively, understand business challenges and recommend the right technology solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Grow revenue through new customer acquisition and opportunities within existing accounts.
Work independently with support from an experienced leadership team.
