Schneider Electric in Ireland seeks a Business Development Manager for our Services Division to drive sales of our full service portfolio. You will engage new and existing customers, tailor service solutions, and push recurring revenue through strategic relationships and contracts.

The role is remote with frequent travel across Ireland, requiring collaboration with sales, technical support, and project delivery teams to ensure customer success and target achievement.

Formación

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management in energy/automation/technical services.
• Technical sales background with B2B development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales plan for new business by researching, targeting, and developing opportunities within key market sectors.
• Proactively generate a pipeline of new business opportunities and manage them through CRM (Salesforce) to successful closure.
• Understand customer requirements and propose service solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer success.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for service contracts and recurring revenue opportunities.
