Distilled in Dublin is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead a portfolio of dealer relationships across the Midlands, Leinster and Dublin. You will own account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and position our new website product as a strategic asset for your dealers.

You will be the primary commercial contact on the ground, translate platform performance data into compelling ROI narratives, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to drive campaigns

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in automotive or high-value subscriptions.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets in account management or new business.
• Existing relationships in the Irish motor industry are a plus.
• Full clean Irish driving licence; travel 2–3 days per week.
• Data-confident with ability to interpret performance data and ROI.
• Resilient negotiator able to handle price objections and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined pipeline management.
• Strategic mindset; connect insight to action beyond patch.
• Tech-curious about digital marketing, websites and dealer tech.

Aufgaben

• Own your patch by managing ~130 dealer accounts across Midlands, Leinster and Dublin.
• Conduct structured account reviews — face-to-face, top-to-bottom assessments of performance, ROI, and growth opportunities.
• Be the primary commercial contact for dealers — known, trusted, and visible on the ground.
• Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets through upgrades and upsell cycles.
• Identify and progress cross-sell opportunities including ad packs, bumps, spots, and emerging product lines.
• Translate platform performance data — leads, conversion, ROI — into commercial conversations with dealers.
• Address the perception gap by showing value in their numbers and in meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success on campaigns and dealer-facing initiatives.
• Mentor BDM colleagues and contribute to a high-performing field sales function.
