Distilled, Ireland's leading digital marketing firm, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the launch and adoption of our new dealer solutions for DoneDeal Cars. You will own the pipeline, pitch, and go-live, working closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to bring providers onto the platform.

You will prospect dealers, manage end-to-end sales and onboarding, and visit dealers in person as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years' sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong closer with persistence to push deals through to live.
• Willingness to visit dealers in person and spend time on the road.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes including onboarding.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a large target list with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Collaborative with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Win dealers by pitching the new dealer solutions via phone, meetings and on forecourts.
• Drive volume by combining warm intros with prospecting to maintain outbound activity.
• Handle objections related to change, existing commitments, and switching costs.
• Own the process from first contact to live onboarding and handover to CS.
• Forecast conversions and timelines across a large dealer target list.
