Job summary

Arcon Recruitment is seeking a proactive Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to cover the Midlands region across Westmeath, Offaly, Longford and Laois. The role focuses on developing new business while managing an established customer base, promoting products to retailers, forecourts and automotive suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have field sales or BD experience, strong communication, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling into motor factors, automotive aftermarket, retail, convenience, hardware, builders merchants or forecourt sectors would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Midlands.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with retailers, garages, forecourts, motor factors and automotive businesses.
• Promote new products and seasonal promotions.

Sales Representative / Business Development Executive

Our client is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to join their growing team, covering the Midlands region.

This is an exciting field-based role responsible for developing new business while managing an established customer base across the region. The successful candidate will promote a range of products to retailers, convenience stores, garages, forecourts, service stations, motor factors, automotive parts suppliers and motor dealerships.
