Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead a high-performing EMEA team and accelerate logo and revenue growth with AI-driven customer service solutions. You will define strategies, coach executives, and manage forecasting, while collaborating with regional leadership.

You will work in a hybrid policy environment and play a pivotal role in shaping the AI agent category across the region, driving impact for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology sales
• 2+ years leading high performing account management teams
• 4+ years closing experience in IC capacity
• 2+ years first-line management
• Experience handling opportunities >$500k ARR
• Program management experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue across EMEA
• Strong operational mindset and scalable processes
• Executive presence with C-level customers & internal executives
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar
• Passion for AI in customer service
• Verticalized sales GTMs and outcome-based pricing experience

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of EMEA SB account executives
• Lead, coach and develop sales professionals to ensure excellence
• Responsible for new business revenue within the EMEA commercial segment
• Define and execute the new business strategy with playbooks and territory plans
• Manage planning and team structure and cadence (QBRs, large deals, weekly forecasting)
• Drive forecasting accuracy within +-9%
• Partner with EMEA leadership on company-wide events and initiatives
