EdgeTier is hiring a Senior Account Executive in Dublin to lead new business growth with mid-market and enterprise customers in the customer care space. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building pipelines and navigating multi-stakeholder deals. A strategic, curious approach and credibility as a trusted advisor are essential.

You’ll drive opportunities, tailor approaches, demonstrate value, and work with cross-functional teams to win in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in scaling B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record closing six-figure deals.
• Experience selling to Customer Support, CX, or Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across a new frontier, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong rapport from the first interaction to understand priorities.
• Articulate EdgeTier's value proposition clearly and credibly, showing how the platform addresses challenges.
• Develop tailored sales approaches aligned with EdgeTier's GTM strategy and engage key decision-makers.
• Continuously refine outbound messaging with self-sourced pipeline.
• Deliver compelling product demos and engage in initial technical discussions including PoC planning.
• Manage and progress complex deals, leading negotiations through to close.
• Represent EdgeTier as a brand ambassador at events and online.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, marketing, and solutions teams to drive value.
