Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to engage with existing customers and new leads, selling the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform within Ireland. • Quota-carrying, technology-solution sales experience.
• Account planning to grow ACV with upsell and cross-sell.
• Discovery to uncover business objectives and value hypotheses.
• Ability to articulate compelling value propositions.
• Strong customer communication across written, spoken, and presentations.
• Effective use of resources and cross-functional teams.
• Team selling with account and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Formulate long-term account strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sales process with Sales Engineers and Executives.
• Identify target accounts and formalize go-to-market territory within 30 days.
• Present Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers.
• Drive growth within new and existing accounts.
