Greenhouse Software in Ireland is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our Sales team. You will own a full-cycle sales process, from qualified lead to close, focusing on new business and growing a robust pipeline.

You’ll balance inbound and outbound opportunities, maintain CRM hygiene, and build relationships with decision-makers. The role emphasizes value-based selling of AI-enabled capabilities like Voice AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct new business/acquisition sales experience closing technology solutions with a proven track record of meeting quota.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle sales process for a Mid-Market portfolio from qualified lead to close.
• Balance inbound qualifying with proactive outbound opportunities to build your pipeline.
• Manage pipeline with disciplined prioritisation and provide regular forecast updates.
• Apply value-based selling to uncover business pain and differentiate Greenhouse in a competitive market.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through digital and in-person engagements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to optimize the sales funnel.
• Introduce Greenhouse's platform, including AI-powered capabilities where appropriate.
