Job summary

Salesforce Ireland seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to manage strategic accounts within the Irish Banking & Financial Services sector, driving value from the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and leading end-to-end deals.

You will build trusted relationships with c-suite stakeholders, lead multi-resource engagements, and craft territory strategies to exceed ACV targets while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Create account plans to retain and grow ACV with upsell/cross-sell.
• Uncover customer objectives and value hypotheses through discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Lead long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives.
• Run end-to-end sales processes with Sales Engineers, Services, Executives, Partners.
• Identify go-to-market territory and target accounts within 30 days.
• Present Salesforce value proposition to existing/new customers.
• Drive growth within assigned accounts.
