Job summary

Rent a Recruiter is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business for a rapidly growing Irish SaaS company with a global client base. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing complex enterprise deals, targeting senior stakeholders worldwide.

The role focuses on new business development in a high-growth, startup-like environment, with remote work and one office day per month in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' proven experience in SaaS or software sales.
• Proven track record in direct new business sales and achieving targets.
• Experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target and win new business opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle and deliver against revenue targets.
• Research prospects and understand customer needs to deliver targeted solutions.
• Build strategic, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Utilise solution-selling to position complex SaaS solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to maximise opportunities.
