Job summary

EdgeTier is seeking a Senior Account Executive to win new Mid-Market and Enterprise customers by selling to Customer Support and Operations leaders. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building pipeline and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

The role is hybrid and based in our Dublin office, with a focus on transforming customer service through AI-enabled solutions and a strong sales-driven culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of closing multiple six-figure deals.
Experience building pipeline and selling to Customer Support, CX, or Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Own your pipeline from first conversation to close.
Develop tailored sales approaches aligned with GTM strategy.
Map and engage key decision-makers and buying processes.
Deliver compelling product demos and lead initial technical discussions.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through to close.
Represent EdgeTier at events and online to build market presence.
Collaborate with Sales Development, marketing and solutions teams to create customer value.
