Jobgether SRL in Ireland seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and deliver consultative sales experiences across cross-functional teams. You will engage in Territory planning, pipeline management, and tailored proposals to address customer challenges while championing

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in SaaS sales or related B2B sales.
• Track record of qualifying leads, managing pipelines and achieving targets.
• Strong consultative selling across complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage new business prospects in Ireland.
• Qualify leads, manage a strong sales pipeline and maximize conversions.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
• Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate agreements and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reports.
