Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Manager based in Ireland to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within the AI infrastructure ecosystem. You will build executive relationships, work with Forward Deployed Engineers, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes multi-year contracts, high-value deals, and strong CRM discipline, with periodic travel to meet customers and industry events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management, incl. 2+ years managing strategic accounts.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts and large enterprise relations.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-year renewals and expansions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-suite.
• Proactive, consultative approach to grow revenue beyond day-to-day support.
• Experience translating technical improvements into revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused portfolio of fewer than 20 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Establish high-touch engagement with executives and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align tech with business goals.
• Proactively introduce platform capabilities to increase adoption and spending.
• Lead complex renewals and expansion opportunities with multi-year contracts.
• Build executive relationships and lead strategic business reviews.
