Sprout Social Inc. is seeking a Senior ABX Field Marketing Strategist (EMEA) in Ireland to lead end-to-end ABX programs across priority accounts. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and BDRs to drive pipeline and accelerate deals through 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABX tactics.

You’ll leverage AI tools and data to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and evolve Sprout’s regional ABX approach in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ABX/ABM, field marketing, demand gen or integrated marketing.
• Experience executing end-to-end ABX programs, events, webinars and outbound plays with sales.
• Strong project management and data fluency with the ability to translate metrics into insights.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ABX field marketing programs across priority EMEA accounts.
• Execute targeted 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABX campaigns across channels.
• Align Marketing, Sales and BDRs, supporting deal acceleration and pipeline creation.
• Experiment with AI tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Track and report key engagement and pipeline metrics for optimization.
