Job summary

Omni is seeking a Growth Manager to own field and ABM programs across EMEA, building in-person and ABM initiatives that drive pipeline and accelerate growth. You will plan and run the regional field calendar, partnering with sales, BDRs, and partnerships to engage target accounts at the right buying stage.

You’ll collaborate with the Global Events team on flagship events, and be measured on pipeline and ROI. This hybrid Dublin-based role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing focused on field marketing, events, or ABM in SaaS.
• Track record running in-person programs across multiple markets with measurable pipeline.
• Experience partnering with sales/BDR on ABM programs and joint field activities.
• Experience managing program budgets and tracking spend/cost per meeting.
• Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation; able to build reports.
• Able to manage several programs from planning to post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own field and ABM pipeline and be accountable for field-sourced pipeline.
• Build and run the EMEA field calendar from dinners to partner events.
• Run account-based programs with sales and ensure timely follow-up.
• Co-market with partners on joint field programs with tech/consulting partners.
• Manage the field budget and forecast ROI per program.
• Contribute input to flagship region events with targeting and sales input.
• Measure results and report ROI to leadership and adapt the next plan.
