Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior ABM leader to own the end-to-end account-based marketing motion, connecting marketing, SDR and sales to drive enterprise pipeline. You will design tiered programs, manage scoring, and align sequencing with SDR and AE teams to prioritize strategic accounts.

You will scale multi-channel campaigns across regions, optimize data quality with RevOps, and report account-level metrics to leadership while adapting plays to EMEA, LATAM and APJ markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and managing tiered account-based marketing strategies.
• Experience with an intent or account scoring platform in production.
• Proven ability to partner with SDR and AE teams sharing ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology within a distributed or hybrid sales structure.
• Ability to present account-level metrics to stakeholders in clear language.

Responsibilities

• Own tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for strategic accounts, 1:few for clusters, 1:many for scale.
• Build and maintain account scoring and intent frameworks for timely transitions.
• Design multi-channel campaigns integrating outbound, paid, and content efforts.
• Collaborate with SDR leaders to convert priorities into sequencing and cadence.
• Partner with AE teams on account planning and pipeline transfer criteria.
• Oversee enrichment and intent data stack and manage vendor relationships.
• Report ABM performance using account-level metrics (engagement, penetration, pipeline).
• Work with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure accurate account data; adapt motion by region.
