Job summary

Aiven is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for EMEA to architect regional growth strategies and accelerate pipeline in our open-source cloud data platform space. You will design integrated, multi-channel campaigns, and build bespoke field experiences to move high-value deals.

Reporting to Global Revenue Marketing, you will bridge brand awareness and closed-won deals, partnering with Sales leadership, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to optimize campaigns and ROI across Cork or

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
• Deep ABM funnel expertise and ability to influence complex buying committees.
• Proficient with Salesforce and intent data platforms; Clay a plus.
• Strong project leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Comfort discussing data infrastructure with a technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, multi-channel regional campaigns for the EMEA region beyond events; design pre-event demand gen and post-event conversion paths.
• Design and scale high-value, executive-focused field experiences to move late-stage deals.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership to align marketing investment with territory goals and SRL/Marketing Sourced Opportunity targets.
• Align Revenue Ops with Marketing and Sales Enablement to optimize tech stack and lead follow-up.
• Provide full-funnel reporting including pipeline velocity, win rates, and marketing contribution to ARR.
