Needl in Ireland is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will own the demand generation strategy and build a predictable pipeline of enterprise opportunities. You will determine target accounts, messaging, and how marketing turns engagement into qualified sales opportunities, working with senior leadership and Sales to execute an integrated plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience.
• Track record of generating qualified pipeline, not just leads.
• Experience marketing complex B2B technology to enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, ABM and integrated campaigns.
• Experience defining ICPs, personas and target-account strategies.
• Understanding of the Marketing–Sales–Revenue relationship.
• Ability to craft messaging for senior enterprise decision-makers.
• Analytical approach to campaign performance and ROI.
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the company's B2B demand generation strategy.
• Define ICPs, segmentation, personas and target accounts.
• Build integrated campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, outbound, content, webinars, events, partnerships).
• Develop and execute ABM initiatives targeting enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify pipeline gaps and generate qualified opportunities.
• Measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
