Job summary

Aiven is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA to architect regional growth strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You’ll lead high-touch campaigns, craft bespoke field experiences, and partner with regional Sales to align investments with territory goals.

Based in Cork, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland, you’ll work in a hybrid capacity, shaping messaging for technical personas and driving cross-functional initiatives across Product Marketing and Design.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
• Deep Funnel Expertise with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and complex buying committees.
• Tech stack proficiency with Salesforce and intent data platforms; Clay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategies designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in EMEA.
• Design and scale high-value, multi-channel field experiences to move late-stage deals.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing investment with territory goals and SRL targets.
• Own full-funnel reporting and optimization to improve pipeline velocity and ARR expansion.
