Job summary

Omni is seeking a Growth Manager to own field and ABM marketing across EMEA. You will build and run the regional field calendar, executing in-person programs from executive dinners to partner events, while collaborating with sales and partnerships to accelerate pipeline.

You will manage budgets, measure ROI, and report results to leadership. The role requires travel up to 25% and a track record of running multi-market programs in SaaS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing focused on field marketing, events, or ABM.
• Proven track record running in-person programs across multiple markets with measurable pipeline.
• Experience executing ABM programs with sales and BDRs and coordinating follow-ups.
• Experience managing program budgets, tracking spend, and cost per meeting.
• Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation, plus reporting and pipeline attribution.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own field and ABM pipeline and drive field-sourced pipeline.
• Build and run the EMEA field calendar from dinners to conferences.
• Run ABM programs with sales and ensure timely follow-up.
• Co-market with technology and consulting partners.
• Manage the field budget and forecast pipeline per program.
• Contribute account targeting and sales input to flagship events.
• Measure and report ROI and shape next quarter's plan.
